At the start of the Gateway track, there is a placement that is inside of the structure. The placement in question is barely visible to the right of the the first vertical segment, facing the direction the cubes are travelling. It can currently be used to build towers, or at least the 6-face turret platform, and then another turret on at least two of the sides of that.
